Great and effective rapid repair to get me back on the road. Bottom bracket failed at weekend so took it into the shop on the Monday to ask that they get me back on the road asap. the ceramic bearings would take a whole to get so the mechanic fitted a steel bearing race for the next week to get me riding again, and will fit out the higher spec ones when available. Excellent service and on a day when the shop is normally closed. I couldnt have asked for better.

On a previous visit I encountered a puncture while on the canal towpaths. My Voodoo MTB was absolutely plastered in mud! I wasn't far from DR so I popped in and asked if they could help. The guy in the shop could not have been more helpful. He had to completely hose down the wheel/tyre which took considerably more time (More mud than wheel/tyre!).… I was very impressed with the friendly service, moreover I wasn't charged any more than their standard charge- BRILLIANT!!!

Thank you so much to dynamic rides for their very kind donation of boxes of cookies for the staff at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. They were very well received by all the staff I managed to hand them out to. Just what we needed during these unprecedented times. The cookies were super delicious so when the craziness is over I might b popping next door for a coffee and a cookie. Won’t b bringing my bike though as I’ve had it since the 1990’s 😂 thanks again. #stayhomesaveournhs

Thanks to the team at DR. What a great service from start to finish. Made buying my new bike (when I wasn’t sure what I needed) so enjoyable. I have been using Dynamic Rides for just over a year now. During that time I have had my bikes serviced by them 3 times and each time they have come back like new and on one occasion they squeezed in a Same Day Service when I had forgotten to book my bike in ahead of a cycling holiday. I have also had a Retul bike fit done by Ian at the shop, which not only corrected knee pain I was experiencing during longer rides it also corrected a long term problem which two other bike fits had failed to address.

My brother in law and I had set out on a ride around Earlsden and Hockley Heath last Sunday. It was my first ride for 5 years and was riding a recently purchased racing bike. On our way back we happened to pass by Dynamic Rides.
I had been feeling that I my seat was too low so we decided to pop in. I was duly greeted by a member of staff who happily adjusted my saddle and gave me some pointers on riding position. I took the opportunity to pick up a reasonably priced multitool and we stayed for a brew.
