I love this shop's huge variety but maybe there is too much, the staff don't seem very well trained in the products and even the owner gets confused, lots of the same mixes of raw food but under different brands. I came away something completely different than i had asked for simply because the owner insisted the brand i took was the only brand that did that mix, my dog howled at her bowl at dinner time and it was obvious that the food was of a different quality than the one i had had previously. I went back to the shop and had a browse around the freezers and i came across the brand i had previously

Was on holiday in my caravan 2 miles from lead on dog shop and used them for my dogs raw food for the 2 weeks we were there. I had messaged them before we went and the replies were quick and friendly. I went to the shop a few times during my stay as I was limited on freezer space. wow they stock just about everything you could want from harnesses,… toys natural treats and supplements and many different brands of raw food. The staff were friendly and helpful and I wish I had a shop like this 2 miles away from me when I'm home as my nearest is 12 miles away. would definitely recommend.
