A well sanded wooden floor can add a lot of value to your property. The benefits go far beyond simply adding character to your home. A wooden floor is easy to clean, will last much longer than carpet and won't hold as much dust as other types of flooring, so why not make the most of it. We are a long established, professional floor sanding company, specialising in the sanding and refinishing of all natural wooden floors.
Because we take such pride in our work, we use only the best products available and have an enviable degree of customer satisfaction. To us, your floor is not just a floor, it will be a beautiful piece of art that will compliment and add warmth and value to your home for many years. Please do also have a look at some of the wooden floors we have sanded and finished in our Gallery.

Services
We have tried and tested many products and have found the following to be the best in the industry for durability and effect. We promote and support products that we know and truly believe to be the best. Bona Mega is a product containing vegetable oils, which provides exceptional durability, beauty and value.
This beautiful listed property lies on the outskirts of Bath, it is dated early 1800's and is split into four stunning dwellings. Although the floors of this dwelling are not original, they compliment the period features of the property. They are likely to date from the 1950s, when the house was first converted into residential dwellings.

The owner of this restaurant in the centre of Bath inherited a tired oak floor.
We were invited to sand and re-finish the pine floor in this distinctive and truly impressive Grade II listed former Chapel, situated to the south of Bath. The original floor was not as dark as portrayed in the images, it had. This client required a toning down of the 'honey coloured' pine boards in the main ground floor room and hallway of their Georgian property located in Bath.
This is an unusual floor, in that it is a three fingered mosaic African hardwood floor and we tend to see five fingered mosaic. It is approximately fifty years old and is located in a small village on the outskirts. These images display beautifully the silk matt effect from the Bona Traffic range of finishes.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality
Paul was extremely professional and managed to resurrect my very tired looking mahogany parquet floor in my lounge. On sanding adjoining dining room he discovered floor was in fact oak not mahogany and on his advice decided to keep it as such and not stain it. Great improvement.

Paul did a great job transforming our tired Oak Herringbone floor back to its former glory. Parts of it had faded with the sun and was scratched and damaged by years of heavy household traffic. All areas of the floor have been restored with no sign of dirt, scratch marks and bleached areas remaining. We were both working from home during the work but no disturbance from the sanding process was noticed and the area was kept clean at all times. We would recommend using Paul's service.

The service provided was professional, sincere and honest from the outset. Paul explain the process, how long it would take and helped to guide us through the various steps. Paul arrived on time every morning, cleaned as he went and stuck to the schedule, resulting in transforming our rather tired oak floor back to new. We are extremly pleased with the quality of the finish and attention to detail, which has made all the difference. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending PMW to people looking to rejuvenate their floors.

Paul did an amazing job on repairing and restoring our herringbone parquet floor. When we lifted the living room carpets to find the original 1955 parquet underneath we were amazed and knew immediately that we would need the help of an expect to bring it back to its original glory. We already had exposed parquet in the hallway that had been butchered with heavy coats of dark varnish. Paul offered great advice on his initial visit, including how he could repair some missing blocks around the old fireplace hearth as well as remove the layers of dark varnish in the hall and restore the natural grain

Paul’s workmanship and attention to detail is extremely good. He explained the process and after care clearly.
The results have exceeded our expectations. He transformed a floor with scratches and black water-marks into something that looked as good as new.
We are very pleased with the results and would have no hesitation in recommending him.
