The Eggless Cakeshop was established in 2011 by Bill Aulak, a young British Asian entrepreneur, originally from Walsall, West-Midlands. Passionate about one day opening his own business, his intellect, professional experience and aspirations led him to be the sole founder of the Eggless Cakeshop in 2011.
As a result, achieved best new upcoming young entrepreneur of the year in 2015. Cakeshop began its journey in 2011 opening its first store in Wolverhampton, Dudley Road. The success of this store led to a subsequent many other stores being opened, with the flagship store being based on the bustling Smethwick High Street in Birmingham.

The quality of the cake is best.
The speed of service is great.
They have prepared a cake in 4 hours and it was delicious , fresh and moist.
They have little selection of cards and candles too , which is always a bonus.

The eggless cake shop provides different types of cakes for all different occasions. Plus you can also buy cakes which are ready made to be eaten straight away.
The good thing about them is that they can make a cake in one hour if you require or you are short for time. We got them to make two different types of cakes - one being a normal eggless cake and the other being a gluten free cake. This is the only place where we could get a gluten free cake from. We had to travel 20+ miles to get a gluten free cake.
The other bad thing about the shop was that it was not that big inside and can only have

Really disappointed in the cake we collected. We paid for a fresh eggless cake, instead we received one that had clearly been defrosted.
Extremely dense and gummy. Just not impressed.
The customer service however was exceptional. Served by a lady called Ruby, genuinely helpful and polite.
Won’t buy again.

Unprofessional 100% and ladies over the phone have very little skills and even the writing on cake is horrible. I'm going to stop ordering from here. It has been a good 5 years ive ordered from here and once i was not satisfied with my cake and manager never called me to refund or discount me totally ruined my day. There are plenty of more cake shops in Wolverhampton. Why do the ladies over the phone make such a fuss if the cake is flavoured other shops do not make such a big deal and fresh cream cakes take less time to prepare then wedding or personalised cakes.
