Complete scam, horrible quality + service, and even worse “offers”. This was their message when I returned one item: “Please note, the promo was one pair for £29.99 or two pairs for £40.00 so you get the first item for £30.00 and the second item for £10.00. However, if either one of the pairs is returned then you will be refunded for the cheapest item, not the full price item as the promo will no longer be valid.” This information was not specified anywhere. Don’t ever buy from this website!!!

Was a bit worried as I ordered and then read the bad reviews on here but honestly I love my shoes! they arrived promptly, fit great (I'm a 7 and Id say they're true to size if not ever so slightly bigger but not a problem) and seem to be of good quality.

Not happy I ordered a pair of lace up boots in a size 3, when they arrived I tried them on and they were massive more like a size 5 and also when I put them on I pulled the tongue up and it came off. So now I have a pair of boots that are huge and the tongue has came off. It's the 1st time I've ever order from them and defiantly won't be ordering again!!

The quality of the shoes were good but the sizing is off. The returns system is a bit of a ball ache though. I never received a confirmation email and I am struggling to find the order number. Not sure what has happened here. I know this probably isn't what usually happens but it's very frustrating.

Stay away from this company. Ordered shoes on 22nd october for dispatch on 24th, 1 week later there telling me there shipment of stock is still delayed. If that was my business I would be looking for a new shipping partner. And they dont even know themself when it will arrive. The customer service are like robots and dont give you any heads up just leave you in the dark until you have to chase them, or else they just try scam you out of your hard earned money. No phone number available to contact them, sounds a bit dodgy to me. I gave them the benefot of the doubt and said if they express the package

The shopping experience was wonderful, my order was delivered on time. The only problem I had with the delivery was the way in which the messages from either PD or Royal Mail was coming to me. In any case I got my order and that’s what matters. You guys need to check your tech section.

Made a order on the 3rd of September, a pair of heels and a pair of trainers, shoes are not to size I have been a size 6 since I can remember any shoes I have brought online always fit, so returned the items on the 7th of September 5 days after. States you can return the items within 28 days and that it’s take 5-8 working days to receive the refund it’s now been 12 working days I have contacted and they have not even apologised for the delay no emails no phone calls, so today I decided to track the parcel I gave to them as it’s free post through the post office, and to my surprise it stated

Horrible company and customer service, definitely the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. They sent me the wrong US shoe size and did not want to asume the responsibility for it, they literally told me to try the shoes on again or to return them at my own cost for a refund. Make sure that before purchasing anything from them, you ask for a more detailed and with specific measurements for those that do not live in the UK, or probably they are going to send you the wrong size too and have you paying for the return of the item.
