Nathan Woods has dealt with a lease extension and the sale of a property for me. Compared to a previous solicitor he is very efficient and 100% on it! We had a very elongated and stressful sale but Nathan always dealt with it well. The estate agent even told me how good Nathan was and to stick with him, which I will do!

I have used Ashley Wilson Solicitors over the years, they helped me to extend the lease on my apartment, I used them again to sell my apartment and purchase another property. Throughout every stage of the process I was kept upto date and my queries were answered promptly. The fees are competitive I would definitely recommend using them.

Ashley Wilson was first recommended to us by the estate agency our family purchased a property from 5 years ago. At the time Joanna Botley represented us and it was such a pleasant experience! I don’t remember ever having to ask something twice, very often the questions were answered before I even thought of them! If I could give this firm no stars I would, they are a truly awful firm. This opinion is based on the professionalism (or lack there of) of their senior partner and my experiences of dealing with him. When he wasn't full of empty promises, he was just ignoring calls and emails, and this went for 6 months. Another partner I had dealings with wasn't any better. I have dealt with a number of solicitors over the years and this firm is by far the worst i have dealt with. I would strongly advise anyone to use another firm.

Stay well away!
I'm sure that 99% of the time they manage to do their job properly, but you don't want them working for you if things go wrong or they make a mistake.
We had the misfortune of having them manage the sale of our house/purchase of a new property in 2012/13. One of the associates exchanged contracts before ensuring that all of the mortgage company's conditions were met, and the whole thing almost fell through! Unbeknownst to us, the new house had no buildings insurance in place at the time of the surveys, and of course no-one wanted to insure when potential problems
