SRLV is a medium-sized, independent firm of Chartered Accountants and business advisors based in the heart of London's West End. From a two partner firm at its inception in 1988, the practice has developed and grown to be one of the top 50 firms in the UK with 19 partners and 131 professional and administrative staff.
To support our clients we have specialist departments dealing with audit and accountancy, business consulting, tax planning and compliance, as well as specific services involving human resources, corporate finance, and company secretarial services. We also provide highly specialised services such as litigation and forensic support, royalty audits, assistance on corporate acquisitions and disposals, as well as advising listed companies.
Our clients include performing artistes, record companies, music publishers, production companies, agents, actors, film stars, TV personalities and many more. We work closely with specialist lawyers and senior management to provide advice on contracts, tax planning, intellectual property rights and all other commercial issues.
