Great agency, Alice and Loyd were always available to discuss any issues I had. When something went wrong, it was fixed immediately. When my exchange happened before my tenancy agreement ended, they went out of their way to get a new tenant in place to take over my obligations. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Alice and Lloyd have done an excellent job.
They have made our move easy and have kept us informed every step of the way. Alice even ordered my parking permit to make moving day easier so we didn't have to worry about parking fines. Lloyd was always there before us on the viewings and was very professional and helpful.

Very friendly and efficient service from the team at Crowstone Estates. Any repairs needed were carried out quickly. New double glazing installed without even requesting, which was very appreciated. Property was well cleaned when I moved in. Deposit was returned promptly when I vacated. I would recommend as an excellent managing agent.
