I wish I had seeing this reviews/page before. I booked a 30min appointment which did not last more than 20min (if not less) and for a good time of it your chiropodist was just talking (even answered a private mobile call) instead of looking/treating my nails. Rubbish. Ordered my Nan a pair of slippers on the 21st December. Did not receive the tracking number or the slippers so I emailed on the 6th January and was told delivery had been attempted but no one was home - no calling card had been left. Apparently the slippers are now on their way. Nan will probably be long gone by the time they arrive.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service in the Shuropody online shop. Recently I ordered a pair of sandals online from sale. I waited ages to get any information about my parcel (or the tracking number, even though the order confirmation said I’d be emailed as soon as the product had been dispatched). I phoned the customer service twice,… but they just took my order number and promised to get back to me. They never did. Went for a podiatry treatment, what an absolutely waste of time and money. £38.50 for a foot soak, and some cream essentially. None of the hard skin was removed and nails weren’t even cut. I would have paid less for more getting a standard pedicure at a nail salon. Absolutely shocking service. Don’t waste your money on this.

Manager in Kingston shop left assistant in her own when she had to make insoles for someone else which would take 20 minutes. Another staff member not due in for 20 minute's later. Bad planning by manager.
Oxford store shop service much better then here. Lost sale in store as a result
