I don't normally leave reviews, but working with Gareth and Craig at Blackberry Hill Carpets and Flooring warrants me to do so with pleasure.
This company is at pains to provide a great job, not only on providing excellent advice on solutions to flooring (carpets, wood and laminates) but delivering absolutely magnificent and perfect installations.
Craig and Kris (Installations) were always punctual, very courteous, and happy to explain and advise on any aspect of the installation work even to the point of advising and then organising the remedying of floorboards before the carpet was laid to

I have just had a wonderful experience of the professionalism of this company. From start to finish they were without fault. I felt my carpet needs were important to them, and they were extremely helpful in advising the best type of underlay for warmth, and the most affordable option for our small terraced home. The time to delivery and fitting was faster than I'd anticipated, and the fitters were fast, competent, and extremely polite and friendly. They managed to work around the fact that we couldn't completely clear the room of one sofabed, and helped us put our other sofa back in place at the

After visiting numerous carpet shops locally and in Leicester, we found Blackberry Hill Carpets to be far superior in every way. The shop is spacious and not jammed full of carpets that are difficult to view. Gareth, the owner was so helpful and obviously has extensive knowledge and many years of experience. He wasn't pushy either but very helpful. He was able to give us excellent advice and even recommended a cheaper carpet for one of our rooms which no other shop had done!
