Both had a great deal of experience in the Window and Door trade previously but were keen to establish a business which would provide a high quality service with very competative pricing structure. Deciding to upgrade our Victorian Terrace house we wanted to replace the double glazing that had been installed very un-sympathetically. After shopping around a number of local companies who could supply uPVC sliding sash windows we picked Direct Windows.
The office staff worked through the different options with us going over the pros and cons of each model they are able to supply. They then arranged for the measuring up and we were pleasantly surprised when they came back with the quote. Direct Windows were such great value supplying double glazed units with all the feature we had been advised

Excellent service from start to finish. Top quality window frames manufactured at their own premises. Dean who installed the windows was friendly, professional and meticulous in everything he did - work completed to a very standard. A big thanks to Claire and Lauren who keep you informed every step of the way. Very impressed with the outstanding service we received - cannot recommend them highly enough. Over the moon with all our windows and canopy over the bay window and front door - very happy customers Brian and Lynn.
