Great service from knowledgeable people who care! We phoned them with a problem we couldn't resolve concerning some software we had purchased from Teclan a few years ago. I've been using Teclan to host my Company's retail websites for a long time... They have always provided a first class service and offer great advice as and when we need it. Recently, we had a problem that we couldnt resolve on our own. Fergus took the time to reply to my emails well outside normal working hours, while Stephen was quick sort the problem for us. I have been using Teclan for many years to design and host our websites, they have never let me down. Every request is dealt with professionally, and speedily. Over the years they have not only hosted for us, but have designed sites and complicated database solutions, helped us with email systems and short urls, indeed there is nothing that I have asked them to assist me with that they haven't been able to assist with, and all at very reasonable price. I cannot recommend Teclan highly enough - without them, there is no way we could have created our online catalogue a few years ago. Initially, they listened to our requirements and provided the software perfect for our extensive, ever-changing catalogue, along with the best support I could imagine! I've been with them for many years as they are always (especially Flora!) very helpful and keen to help with problems (even when it has usually been caused by a problem with my own software issues!).
