Was in store today as i had left my xmas shopping later than I should of, the staff were lovely, couldn’t help me enough and were showing me anything they had on offer rather than trying to get me to spend more money than necessary. I got all the presents i needed, my kids Christmas outfits, a few treats for myself and then when I got to the till… the lady encouraged me to take a loyalty card and then once I paid there was enough points to get myself a brand new guess handbag absolutely free! Excellent service, could honestly not recommend this store enough.

Staff are extremely rude and their discrimination against people with genuine health conditions and disabilities is a total disgrace !!! I definitely will never shop there again!! I’m Absolutely shocked and disgusted with their treatment of ppl in general but especially the very vulnerable members of our community! Forcing ppl with genuine health issues to either put on a mask or get out it’s awful!!

Gifted an outfit for my daughter for her birthday. Although stunning the outfit was to big on her we weren’t given a receipt for the outfit as it was a gift, please bare in mind the total of this outfit was costing over £100 in value! They weren’t one bit helpful and didn’t even give us a gift receipt or anything in exchange for outfits that HAD… TAGS ON THEM. And now we have an outfit at home or the value of £115 at home that doesn’t fit my 2 year old child and the clothes are size 4…

I am medically exempt from wearing a mask and have my GPs permission not to wear one. I have my lanyard saying so around my neck, and asked to speak with a manager. It is discriminatory to ask someone who is medically exempt to wear a mask! Interestingly, one of the shop assistants, working at the baubles at the front of the shop, had her nose out of her mask. Talk about hypocrisy. No one safe in Cilento then???

Do not recommend. I was absolutely humilated in there today because I cannot wear a mask. This shop supports discrimination and made me feel like a second class citizen even after I explained my medical exception. No shop should ever make a customer feel like this. Needless to say I will NEVER be back. I am beyond disgusted. What should have been a nice hour out shopping with my friend turned horribly sour by the service this shop deems appropriate for people with disabilities.

I have shopped for a long time with Cilento, mostly via the internet and also when visiting lovely Donegal, call in on our way past. Internet ordering and delivery is very fast and efficient. When visiting the shop, the staff are very helpful and last but not least the clothes are beautiful and from the designers love and the children's department is super too.

Not happy with your returns policy !! Any other shop will give you a credit note or an exchange if something is unsuitable!! My husband shops here, as I do myself but my husband does a big shop three times a year and spends between £600/£800 . As he is a very busy business man he doesn't shop that often. But a pair of jeans that were unsuitable at £55 he went to the loss of because he had no receipt and it was more then two weeks since he purchased his items.
