We've made buying a car really simple at Inchcape, so you can now click and collect at all of our dealerships across the UK. We will reserve the car for you for 48hrs. In the meantime, one of our team will be in touch to confirm your reservation and discuss the next steps, including your funding options. Should you wish to cancel the reservation at any time, please let us know by contacting the dealership directly and we will refund the reservation fee.

Audi Macclesfield. I have had some bad customer service but Inchcape Audi at Macclesfield managed to top it. Bought a used vehicle in October and immediately knew it had a fault. Took ages to get it in the workshop. The fault was not covered by the extended warranty but the dealership failed to take any responsibility for it and no one contacted me about it for nearly a week. I ended up just collecting it and another week later I am still to receive any contact. Appalling service, do not use!!!

I spoke to Andy on the Wednesday who walked me through my options and gave me personalized advice based on my requirements rather than trying to sell me the most expensive vehicle. I popped in the next day and the whole buying process was dealt with quickly and so efficiently, I even had a call within just a few days to give me an update on shipping and the ETA of getting the car! I dealt with Ryan, having come in in quite desperate need of a new car as mine had unexpectedly packed up. We Went to the dealership a few months ago and walked away satisfied, was going in for a T ROC but after speaking to the manager Luis he showed me a better and bigger car with more spec for similar money, Luis and his team where very helpful from the beginning to the end of sale. They where honest and upfront with everything in the finance agreement, unlike most dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and was impressed by Luis on how he handled all my questions and queries. It was an easy deal and they made the decision processes even easier

We had the equivalent of automotive silver service today from Mark and Luis. They could not have done more for for us, guiding us on the correct car purchase for our daughter, who has recently passed her test. We got exactly what we wanted.
