The first office was opened in Ledbury in 1981, two years later Colwall was opened, with Malvern following in 1991 and Upton in 1999. I rented with John Goodwins for 5 years, and it was a truly great experience. As a tenant I was always respected, listened to and supported. Getting maintenace work done on the house was always quick and easy. The staff are helpful, professional and efficient. I have now just bought a house, also through John Goodwins - also no complaints whatsoever.

During the past couple of months we have entered several items to go to auction on three separate occasions,Chris Maulkin came to our house and gave a very honest valuation giving professional advice about the process involved in selling at auction.
