I called Locksmart to replace an old front door handle. Locksmart responded quickly and carried out the necessary work efficiently and to an extremely high standard. Excellent communication, price and customer service.
Plus - I had an unrelated issue with my door and Mark came out straight away and fixed it on the same day.
I couldn't recommend Locksmart enough and they will be my go-to service for the future.

I phoned Locksmart around midnight after an emergency with our front door, as I saw they were based locally rather than outsourced from a national company. Mark answered the call immediately, despite it being late at night, and was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. The part we needed was very uncommon so he wasn't able to fix it there and then, but he talked us through how to secure the door over night, and turned up the next day having ordered the correct part as promised. After we paid the very reasonable invoice, he also noticed another minor problem which we weren't aware of. He fixed

What a professional and fantastic service. Arrived promptly, checked door, stripped mechanism, fault shown and explained, parts from van to door in around 10 minutes! Then adjusted the door and plate to make sure it all lined up, the door has never closed so easily. Fantastic! Call-out cost was a lot cheaper than expected and well worth it.
