Cavendish Joinery were formed in 1992, now having a compliment of 17 people, including experienced joiners, apprentices, production, technical and administrative personnel, most of whom have been loyal members of staff over a number of years some since apprenticship.

Having been under the guidance of the former general manager Mike Cascarina as the present owner, the company have gone from strength to strength with the addition of more personnel, larger premises catering for bigger volumes of work and new machinery including a modern 5axis CNC routing machine capable of large volumes of work within reduced delivery timescales.

Founded in 1992, Cavendish Joinery is a manufacturer of quality bespoke made to measure joinery items including, Fire Doors, Doorsets, Frames, Windows, Staircases, Screens, Reception Counters, Wall Panelling (Acoustic & Decorative), and many other miscellaneous items. We work closely with main contractors, architects, designers, project managers and builders generally on a one to one basis, to get the job done!
Cavendish Joinery offer a comprehensive free estimating service for the pricing of all types of joinery requirements, followed up by full site surveys and AUTO CAD drawings for approval for secured contracts if required. Estimating Dept.

We are happy for customers to either visit our premises to talk through schemes with our estimators or simply a phone call to discuss issues and remedies for current projects with our members of the estimating department.Cavendish Joinery have facility to accept postal enquires, or e-mails enabling us to download all PDF files & drawings, removing unnecessary paperwork from the process.
Cavendish Joinery Limited aims to ensure, so far as reasonably practicable the health, safety and welfare of our employees while they are at work and of others who may be affected by our undertakings. This general policy statement provides a commitment and intent to comply with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
The CNC is controlled from a sophisticated software program called "Top Solid " implemented and programmed by our CNC co-ordinator and draughtsman Steve Holbrook, in control of choosing the correct tools for the job from the automatic tool loading magazine, to programming the exact instructions to the CNC machine for cutting and routing the proposed timber prior to manufacture by our experienced CNC operators.
Our employees play an important part in enabling us to live up to this commitment. We will ensure that they understand this policy and that they receive the support and training necessary that they need to work with it. In turn we expect them to accept their share of the responsibility for applying this policy to their areas of work.
