We have a UK based showroom open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm that includes most of the coffee machines and espresso grinders on display, with demo machines to use.

The Bella Barista Service Centre is based in-house at Bella Barista. We have a small team of technicians that can help customers troubleshoot queries with items purchased through www.bellabarista.co.uk. For 99.99 we can arrange a time that suits you for a coffee technician to visit your home or office.

We bought a machine over a year and a half ago, it has been fantastic and probably the best toy we have bought.
Slight condensation and a bit of water in the pressure gauge, one phone call to Martin at BB and a new gauge was in the post the same day.
This is exactly how customer service should be done. Hardly surprising that BB come so highly recommended.

Great machines but ultimately not great at repairs.
I find myself posting this with great disappointment as the people I've interacted with have been very helpful, but after spending over £300 to get my Alex Duetto serviced and repaired they seem to have forgotten to test the machine properly and the hot water is just not working.
So Bella Barista are fine for buying from but I would send my machine elsewhere for servicing and repairs (or do it yourself).

The customer service and support have been extremely helpful and patient with my questions and prompt in their response. I recently purchased a Lelit Mara X and have had issues (User error on my end) pulling a correct shot. They've helped me point out my issue (grind size) and we've gone from their. Will get all my future equipment from them.

Bought Rocket Appartamento and Eureka Mignon Specialita grinder from Bella Barista in September 2019. 5* service and advice pre purchase (including instructions of what water to use to avoid scale build up). The order and delivery process was also perfect.
I believe that they test the machines before shipping and I have had zero issues with my machine even after subsequently shipping it to Australia.

Bought lelit bianca from them with a very quick turnaround! Very impressed with entire process from ordering to point of delivery. They were kind enough to include free bag of coffee and provide their own complementary manual which was very helpful..! Also I believe all their machines come with two year warranty that's covered by Bella Barista, another great touch..

My Sage dual boiler had been very unreliable, leaking every 5 months and needing a repair 4 times in the first 2 years of owning, so thankfully I was offered a refund from where I purchased it. I researched many dual boiler machines and Bella Barista kept coming up as the place to buy a quality coffee machine from.
I chose a Profitec 600 as it had all the features of the Sage, but looked like a far better built machine and I felt safe buying it from somewhere so well regarded. I am really pleased to say it arrived next day, after a couple of emails with Claudette to check their stock levels at

Seriously impressed - I've never ordered from this business before but they were the only one with the specific machine I was after. I ordered in the afternoon requesting saturday (next day) delivery and not only did they manage to get it out in time, they also provided some lovely coffee and a bag of "quality check failed" coffee to season the grinder. Even the quality failed coffee was better than the taylors rubbish we often have.
I was apprehensive ordering from BB for the first time, but the experience was better than perfect.
