We were very happy with the guys who came to remove the rubbish from my mum's garden. It was a big job but they got it done quicker than I expected. We had to pay a bit more than the quote, which they explained might happen on the phone before being booked in, but we were more than happy to do so as the pictures we sent couldn't show just how bad it was and it was still an incredibly reasonable price. Now we can get in and get the garden nice again. Thanks for all your hard work, we will definitely be recommending to anyone we think need you and we will for sure be using your services again, although

Paul, James and Shane responded very swiftly, quoted the best price and did a great job. They had to dismantle the furniture and take it downstairs and outside. They were very polite and thoughtful. I am completely happy with the service.

Paul and his men were really good, my mother is in Care with vascular dementia and her garage and house had to be cleared. They were very sensitive to our needs at this upsetting time. They did a grand job, turned up when they said they would, and price was very reasonable, much better than getting a skip in to clear ourselves. Thank you A1 for everything.

So the moment this guy started taking the rubbish he started moaning about the garden waste, I clearly stated before the quote that there was garden waste to be removed, to which he said he couldn't see the main bulk of it in the picture. If that's the case, make sure to view the rubbish before the quote. Anyway, he said it a few times and I felt pressured to pay £20 more for the job, as I said if its an issue I'll pay the extra £20, which of course at the end of the 20 minute job, he wanted the extra 20 quid.
