Recovering from recession, businesses were looking for a cost effective alternative for their delivery requirements.
I've received a card telling me I've missed a delivery, what do I do now? Call the number on the 'We Called' card to re-arrange delivery or to arrange to collect the parcel from your local depot. Can I collect my parcel myself?

If you have received a 'We Called' card and you prefer to collect an item, please call your local depot who left the parcel to verify that the item has arrived back there before going to collect it, and to check opening hours.You will need to bring the card they left and one additional form of identification (such as a driving licence or household bill) bearing the address that the item was sent to.

Unable to find my house so they returned to supplier. Other delivery firms had no problems in making deliveries during the same period.

Avoid at all costs. This is now the 4th day in a row where they have failed to deliver. There are obviously nationwide issues at the moment, but at 3pm yesterday their tracking showed the van 2 jobs and half a mile away but yet still nothing. Same story for the previous 3 days...
Truly awful customer service - listening to someone chew gum down the phone while they lie about the service they're providing is an unpleasant experience to say the least.
Customers - don't buy from businesses who use them, and by extension APC overnight if you're in SW london, businesses please don't give them your

Absolutely terrible. I had an overnight package and they didn't attempt to deliver it to the correct address or redeliver the same day. The driver left no delivery card either. During my call to customer service 10 minutes after the failed attempt, I'm told that the driver had 15 years experience, did his best, and has too many packages to deliver. I'd recommend using national mail instead, because they actually deliver packages.

DO NOT USE!!
Booked a collection for Tuesday which was then never collected. I called in the afternoon for an update and they said there was a fault with their system and would be collected first thing next day (Wed). Got to Wednesday afternoon and they said would be collected before 6pm - it never was. Emailed and called the next morning (Thu) they said it would be collected before 4pm... it never was!
I called them and said to cancel and refund the cost and I would book with someone else, they then said the parcel will be collected within the next half an hour.
Thank god I booked another collection

Couldn't deliver the package as scheduled. It arrived at 5am according to the tracking information but wasn't loaded on the van for delivery. Not contacted to let me know of the delay. I phoned up and was told to call at 8am the next day when I would be told the delivery time. When I called I was told that they didn't know when it would be delivered because the driver hadn't arrived and loaded the van.

Incompetent! I booked an important delivery for today. I was told it left the depot at 7:30am. Hadn't arrived by lunch time. They said they'd find out and call me back but didn't bother. I called them again and they don't know where it is and that I should be "patient" having waited and wasted a whole day because of them. Idiots!

Nothing but a waste of time and money paid for express shipping and a week later that is today! No one rang on my door and no card was left at my door just a message that the driver attempted delivery . I am so disappointed .

8 days later still waiting for delivery. Completely chaotic and unhelpful. I really would steer clear. Oh and thanks for letting me know you have found my parcel and that you were delivering today.....sadly but not surprisingly you failed again. I will await your next fob me off excuse. Thanks for nothing.

What a Mess!!!!
Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole life. Still waiting for "next day delivery" for 8 days now. I understand the workload over xmas, what I don't understand is how it is possible that a parcel that is out for delivery never arrives to destination. It is a simple job. It's in the van, you just need to stop and deliver it. Delivery was scheduled between 5:20 e 7:20 pm. The driver was at the depot at 6pm. Not an apology, not a clue of what they're doing. They kept trying fooling me saying the the parcel was out again and again..never arrived.

They attempted a delivery when we weren't in, but didn't leave a card, so we only found out when the sender forwarded a notification from them. I tried to rearrange the delivery for Saturday when we would be in, but no, they don't deliver Saturdays.
I found a day when one of us could stay home, but no, now the website wouldn't recognise the consignment details, despite working fine previously. I had to ring them several times before I got through to someone. They informed me that the package had been returned to the sender two, TWO, working days after the failed delivery, despite their website
