I chose this company because of the good reviews it had received. I booked a service which was some weeks away. I was at home at the appointed time and nobody had turned up. To my best knowledge nobody had contacted me to advise the appointment had been cancelled. I tried ringing and was told to leave a message. Someone would get back to me which they never did. I rang again early the following morning and again I had to leave a message which I did. Two days later I have heard nothing and I have had to go elsewhere. Ok there may be a valid reason for a company with 30;yrs experience to treat a
