After thirty years of service, our objectives remain the same as always: to provide a personal and responsive service. Our principal areas of practice are residential property, probate, wills, tax, conveyancing, powers of attorney, lease extensions and advising elderly persons. Why not arrange an initial free appointment to obtain an overview of these matters?

It may turn out to be one of the most important steps you take. We offer all the professionalism one would expect from a firm of Solicitors that has been established for over thirty years with in-depth knowledge of the local property market. Feel secure in the knowledge that your sale will be Solicitor supervised at all times and that our negotiators will keep you constantly informed of developments.
Services
Richard Manchester was admitted in 1969 and founded the firm nearly thirty years ago with the assistance of his wife Glenys, a legal cashier. He is now retired but remains as consultant to the firm. He will gladly introduce you to the partners on request. James Manchester (partner) was born in Croydon in 1971 and attended local schools.
Mr Andrew Durman has been a partner in the firm since 2004. In recognition of the service he has rendered to clients during this time and his contribution to the firm's reputation, we are pleased to announce that his name now appears as part of a new name of the firm so that Manchester Durman is now a trading name of Manchesters Solicitors, authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under SRA No. 58391.
If the message is urgent we recommend that you ring one of our Solicitors first within normal office hours to clear it with us. This does not, of course, apply to requests for quotes. Please note that we do not act or advise unless we hold your written acceptance of our terms and conditions, which will be prepared for you to consider first.
We can arrange useful buyer expenses protection insurance in residential purchases worth up to 2,000 for a small one off premium of 66. Call our James Manchester for more information before you part with any money on your intended purchase.

We can provide a range of conveyancing services, including transfers of equity, re-mortgages, unregistered land transactions, and option agreements, concentrating on residential conveyancing and lease extensions. We are dedicated to protecting our Clients. You should seek legal advice as soon as you consider selling or buying and avoid committing yourself in any way before doing so.
At this meeting the partner will discuss your relatives and any others you may expect to benefit from your Estate, the value and ownership of your assets and liabilities, if any, and who you wish to be executors and trustees and the proposed guardians of your children and to outline the inheritance tax position and the proposals for your Will.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Terrible customer service, rude reception staff who seem exasperated to speak to you and are extremely unhelpful.
