With the help of a loan from The Prince's Trust, Cory's Car Repairs was founded by Cory Smith with a vision of creating a garage where the customer is at the forefront of its service and where we not only repair your car but through a series of online trainings we also show you how you can keep your car running smoothly too!
We pride ourselves on hiring the best and our technicians are all fully qualified and are highly experienced on a huge range of vehicles so you don't need to worry. We've got you covered. We help you to look after your car so when your service is due we'll send you a free reminder by email or text message.
The vehicle meets the requirements for exhaust emissions, dependant on the age and fuel type of the vehicle. Is free from excessive corrosion or damage in specific areas and there are no sharp edges likely to cause injury. The MOT certificate confirms that at the time of the test, without dismantling it, the vehicle met the minimum acceptable environmental and road safety standards required by law.
After all servicing jobs we take every vehicle on a road test to confirm that everything is OK. Regardless of your level of automotive knowledge, we will always take the time to explain everything to you so that you fully understand what needs to be done and why. We will also explain the difference between what is vital and what is optional at any given point in time.
Before your MOT is due, we can give your vehicle a thorough check over and carry out any repairs necessary. Regardless of the size or complexity of the job, we can take care of everything for you; from a blown bulb to a complete engine or chassis rebuild. Before all repairs (excluding minor repairs), we take every vehicle on a road test with the customer to ensure that we are able to correctly identify the problem(s).

Ordered to change glow plugs (coz they said this is where the problem) and change engine oil only. They carried out services NEVER BEEN ORDERED, checking liquids, checking tires and etc £63 only for "checking" labour. To investigate that I need glow plugs - £40 to plug in tablet and check error code. Plus £50 to make sure visually I need only glow plugs. (Nissan dealer £50 total, Corys - £90). They failed to find a problem and problem was not a glow plugs so told me I need other parts to change. Problem was just a screw (sensor). £50 labour cost without VAT for changing screw. Extreme rip

Needed my bonnet catch replacing as the bonnet wouldn't latch. Brilliant service from Cory's. From the ladies in the office who offer hot drinks and chocolates, to Everton and his merry men. Cannot praise them highly enough and will certainly be using them again.

I had my car sorted today with my front brakes discs and pads from this lovely garage that I’ve never been before. I will recommend them to anyone and will definitely go back when I need in future.
The technician Everton and the lovely lady Natalia at the reception have been very friendly, polite and very professional keeping me updated all the time, they even sent me a video to explain and to show me what exactly the issue was and also some other small issues that they found to my car and recommend me to fix.

Everton and the whole team were very approachable and easy to talk to. I went in for a service and MOT for my classic car, the team were very knowledgeable and only suggested work that needed to be done, the pricing was very fair. My car had a slight issue with the gearbox after the service which the team very quickly fixed with no fuss.
Overall an excellent service by friendly staff who know their stuff. Excellent knowledge about older and classic cars in contrast with some garages in Rugby that don't know how to work on a carburettor!

I went on 13/07/2021 at their garage after I was researching the entire Rugby, they are VERY friendly, VERY professional individuals.
Got my car few weeks ago and booked a major service with them, it went smooth, in 2 hours and a half they finished it.
In my case, I've been waiting in reception for the entire process to end, and showed me all the issues, if you're not there, they will record a video send it on whatapp with everything they found during the process.
In my opinion, waiting for any Full/Major Service is worth as you learn more about what your car has.
They are not telling you anything
