The George Inn is found in the village of Brixworth, near Northampton. Set in the countryside not far from Pitsford Resevoir. This family pub is under new Management and Gary and Lucy welcome all members of the family to have a relaxing meal or drink and enjoy the local surroundings. In the bar we have a snooker table and 3 Wide screens showing BTsports and SKY Sports.
Or if you prefer you can opt for the cosy Lounge area where you can sit by our log fire after a long country walk & just relax with a meal or drink, dogs are welcome outside. Our Conservatory Dining Room is a bright airy room with comfortable seating where you can enjoy a 3 Course Meal or a Light Bite, leading from the Conservatory we have the 'Library' Room and Snug, both available for dining in.

A beautiful building with a beautiful outside earing area. Staff were friendly kind polite and efficient. Special thank you to Titus and the lovely young lady who served our lunch. So sorry I didn't get her name. The meal was gorgeous well cooked very well presented and a reasonable price. Certainly on our pop in again when we are out that way. So we are saying well worth a visit. Xx

Visited this evening 13th Aug 21 to meet up with friends from London and Brixworth was half way to where they were staying. Only been here once before 11 years ago. WHAT A FIND . Great attentive hospitality from all staff, but the food was something else. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS.. I chose salmon, huge portion and beautifully cooked with crushed new potatoes and fresh green beans with a delicious lemon cream sauce. All the desserts sounded delicious but I choose sticky toffee pudding. Very tasty indeed and generous portion. WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING VERY SOON.

Very pleasant country pub. Made to feel welcome. Quick and efficient service by friendly staff. Called in for Sunday Lunch after visiting the Anglo Saxon church there. Reasonably priced Sunday Roast. Small £7.99 and large £9.99. Small still a good plate full. Lots of meat. Most enjoyable-lovely atmosphere.
