Nicola Richardson is a Chartered Architect offering a professional and bespoke service to her clients. Nicola set up the practice in 2011 and has more than 12 years experience working within the construction industry as a fully qualified architect. She gained experience whilst working for an award winning practice in Buckinghamshire as an Associate Architect.
During that time she worked on a wide range of projects from small residential extensions to large commercial developments, schools and offices. The practice predominantly works on residential new builds, extensions and conversions, but has a wide understanding and experience in different sectors.

This detached house in Headington required updating and extending. Various extensions from the past have been unified within the new design, which included a large loft conversion and new kitchen dining extension. Completed in 2020. From this meeting we will also be able to ascertain the Planning implications and whether work can be carried out under permitted development rights. Meeting you to discuss your project allows us to prepare a fee proposal and outline brief based on your specific project requirements.
Once you have agreed the fee proposal and we have written agreement to start work, we will carry out a measured survey of part or all of your house depending on the size and location of the work being undertaken.We will also take photographs and look at the surrounding site and buildings. Based on a detailed brief and site analysis, we will provide initial ideas to form the basis of a discussion for the detailed design.
