Services
Established in 1975, Price Express Transport specialised in the delivery of urgent freight and the transportation of Computer Equipment. This type of freight necessitated the use of tail-lift vehicles and as such the company has maintained it's 100% tail-lift fleet since that time. Price Express Transport then moved into the field of moving Catering Equipment.
At Price Express Transport we understand the importance of live updates and accessible tracking of deliveries. Our system provides real time information to our planners and customers via our website and customer web portal. Create or export collections and deliveries, selecting from a variety of services available.
All goods come into Doncaster and we operate our own internal night trunking from Doncaster to our other 2 sites, keeping complete control and minimising handling. Minimising the movement of units, combined with the vast experience and care of our warehouse teams, allows us to record market leading low damage levels and mean warehouse / trunking errors are exceptionally rare.
At Price Transport we specialise in handling and transporting equipment that is fragile and irregular. There is no such thing as a standard pallet in our warehouses! We are not a network. We have 4 strategically located sites to give us national coverage with minimal handling.

Absolutely shocking service from this company. Twice they arrived at destination and called wrong number and then left without even making an effort to get in contact with me. When I phoned up the first time, I asked them to call me half an hour before so I could meet them at the premise and gave them the mobile number to call, confirming it twice them and they still called wrong mobile number. Second time had the guy at NextDayCatering, the company I bought the fridge from call and confirm all details with them, rearrange delivery for the next day and again same thing happened. Eventually cancelled

I have seen some of the poor reviews regarding this company especially regarding the drivers. However my dealings with this company regarding the delivery of my French doors was nothing but excellent. I was contacted to arrange a day. I received text confirming. The driver (Rory) contacted me on the day saying he was about an hour away. He arrived on time and was most helpful and polite.

What a jokers these people are. I am just surprised they are still in business. And I don’t understand how come big commercial companies like Bunzl and Lockhart using these amateurs. Marie from customer team only ticking boxes and do not rally care whether you got the items or not. Top management on hols and no one to talk to. Tailer- the driver cannot find the place but then once in he made a call and when not answered he didn’t even tried to wait and went off. This sadly happened on numerous occasions.
Avoid these jokers. 3 stars- someone was really generous….. if I could give them zero

Didn’t show up, rude on telephone and hung up. Called me a liar. Letting their customers customers down badly. Maybe cheap but not cheerful. To the guy who hung up on me, you said you’d look forward to reading my review. Well here it is. Minimum wage is above your pay level. You should be ashamed. And you’re a liar. two men strong to kill elephants refused to off load a fridge from a pallet. all they want is signing paperwork and left it outside the shop.
furturemore, doing a bulk item delivery, should you check opening hours and book a time slot first? they came before opening hours therefore no other person possible to help me unloading.
