I feel uneasy that they even have my CV and my details. I had my first video interview during the pendamic and I was unsuccessful. That is not a problem but I have tried to get feedback for the interview to find out where I could have improved but they are not providing feedback. The interviewer seemed uninterested during the interview which suggests that maybe they filled up the vacancies already. I was well prepared for the interview and used STAR approach for competency based questions. Getting rejected is never an issue but surely they should be able to give feedback or add another line with
