As soon as we walked into the showroom we knew we were making the right choice. The showroom looks wonderful, with many bathrooms in-situ to help with ideas and inspiration. The staff were incredibly helpful and able to answer all of our queries. We are extremely happy with the end result and will be recommending you to all.

Boy, these guys are good. In a word - exceptional. If you've come this far it's probably because you've searched for Villeroy & Boch [like we did]. We did not even have a referral, we were a 'walk in' to their Brentwood showroom. The whole set up from start to finish was flawless. The sales experience - we had a full survey undertaken, and our requirements 3D CAD modelled. The installation process was planned and executed better than any other home upgrade - of the standard of a corporate IT project. Every day we received an email outlining who was coming tomorrow, and what they would be doing

We really loved creating and completing our ensuite project with the guys down at Bathroom studio design. Not only is everyone friendly and knowledgeable, but the process from start to finish was impeccable. We loved being able to go into the showroom to discuss products and pick tiles, as well as creating a CAD of what the final product might look like with the help of Charlie. Jo was always on hand to check timings or deliveries and sanity check certain things for us and the rest of the team was always on hand to pick up anything else needed on the project. The quality of the products is outstanding
