Services
We now provide a fully contactless delivery and installation service for our inflatables, leaving you with everything you need to have a wonderful, but most importantly, safe experience. 1 Social distancing rules will apply, you must STAY INDOORS on our arrival, set-up and collection. The above are the steps that we are taking to keep our customers, their children and our staff safe.
All our Castles are checked and cleaned regularly. Your castle will be blown up and left for you to use. We will carry out checks when it is all set up to make sure it is all safe for you and your children to use. Once all the checks are done we will let you know and you can enjoy the fun! All our castles are suitable for indoor and outdoor hire.
We have various soft play packages and these can be made as big or as small as you want them depending on the space that you have. You can also add on our soft play enclosure to keep the little ones in one space for an extra cost. You can also hire our soft play along with any other of our equipment such as our castles, discos or mascots for complete party packages at amazing prices!.
A: You have the right to cancel up to 48 hours before the day. However if it rains on the day we are happy to go ahead. However in the winter months we would advise hiring a hall. Some of our castles come with shower covers - however if it is consitant heavy rain for a long period of times this will gradually allow water to seep in as it is only shower proof.
