As with all our services, we try to offer great prices and a more personal service, which includes our drivers parking and waiting inside the airport for the customer as they arrive through customs with a namecard.

Ace Taxis offer a 24/7 courier / parcel delivery service that is reliable and fast, ensuring that whenever a package is collected, it is delivered straight away and not put in a queuing system. Ace Taxis also only charge one way, so whether the delivery is long or short distance, the prices are incredibly competitive.

Very rude receptionists with no customer service skills. So ignorant with no empathy. I booked a taxi which was meant to come in 15 minutes. After 20 minutes, the taxi hadn't come so I called again and was told the taxi would be with me in 20 minutes (meaning 40 minutes wait). I was already late for work so was getting frustrated. I asked the receptionist whether she was kidding (about an extra 20 minutes wait). She said I was shouting but I wasn't. She passed the phone to another woman she called her manager. This woman didn't even listen to me but just prejudged that I was shouting and hanged
