Our range of tray sealing equipment allows the customer the choice from hand operated to semi automatic machines to a completely automatic line, with quick tooling change, stainless steel construction and easy to use operator controls.
The 's' range provides a user friendly and efficient selection of machinery, designed with the ultrafast user in mind, for projects predominantly in produce where atmospheric sealing is simple, yet accurate, Gas Flushing is required.The benefit this brings the 's' system is in cost - we are not required to build features to accomodate vacuum technology, thereby streamlining the bottom line.

We represent Ilapak on sales, service and parts in Ireland. We handle a range of flow wrapper from the entry level to a high-speed machine. They are tailored to match each customers specification and deliver maximum production flexibility. This can range from a heavy-duty flow wrapper where volume packing is a priority to a smaller compact version where space is of a premium.
We work with various leading manufacturers based in the UK, Europe and the Far East which means we are able to offer a comprehensive range of weighing equipment unrivalled in Ireland. We can supply simple linear weighers up to high speed Multi-Head weighers, capable of running at speeds of up to 160 packs per minute.
Working with a number of leading UK, European and Japanese suppliers we supply a wide range of printers, from a budget stand-alone printer to the high speed fully integrated print and apply systems and weigh price labellers. Our printers, label applicators and print & apply systems are currently working in a wide variety of industries throughout Ireland from fresh produce to meat processors and from bakery products to mushroom packers.
