If you want to buy pet food online then we have an extensive range for all pets, you can even set up a subscription so your order will be automatically delivered on a time frame convenient to you.
Services
You must register to gain loyalty stamps, by registering you will get other benefits such as faster checkout and re-ordering. Stamps can only be earned on paid orders, so if your order is cancelled or refunded then the applicable stamp will be deducted. I have 10 of loyalty discount to use, but my order total is only 8, what happens to the rest?
Our aim is to dispatch all items within the allocated dispatch times (Same day/24 hour/48 hour dispatch). Please note if your order contains multiple items, the order dispatch time will be from the item with the longest dispatch time to ensure you receive your whole order in a single delivery. All of our products state how long the dispatch time will be for that product before you add to the cart.

Online ordering is very quick and easy and there is a good selection. Delivery is usually pretty fast and customer service has been good when I've needed it.

Just under 2 months have passed and there is still no sign of my order or the £200.00 they were quick to take. Trying to cancel by phone or email was fruitless with a stock email reply. Unfortunately I am now having to waste my time doing a bank chargeback.

My second order from these people, good job I've not taken notice of some of these reviews as my order was fine, came complete, ahead of time, DHL kept me informed of the time slot. I will say the 1st order wasn't perfect in as much as it was incomplete without them informing me so I was a little concerned that I would be left short but after I called they said the rest was on its way and it arrived a couple of days later. I will use them again

I placed an order on the 30th of March and today is the 21st of April and I still don’t have the 2 bags of rabbit food. I tried to call no answer I continuously emailed the company and eventually got a reply and they said they didn’t have all my items in stock this is why there has been a delay in processing my order. They are very quick to take the money and then disappear and then appear after 3 weeks and tell you that they didn’t have all of my items in stock then why take money or why not just send me the products that are in stock and refund me for the products that are OOS. Greedy company

Shipped items 2 weeks ago provided wrong tracking number. Won't pick up phone or answer emails. DPD has no record of the package being shipped.... Terrible service. Understand times are hard but no excuse of completely ignoring customers. I am starting to feel as if this is a fraudulent company!

I placed my order on the 23rd March with a 2-3 day delivery. I was told 4 days later that it had been shipped however DPD have not had the parcel yet. Cannot get hold of anyone and it is now the 20th April, I have been very patient however this is appalling customer service and passing the blame onto other companies is unacceptable. They should only take orders they can fulfil, they have clearly tried to line their pockets during a difficult time and do not care about actually delivering on this. I have since managed to buy the products I need from more reliable sources however I now cannot get

I have had no problem getting the products I ordered. Delivery was fast but the items could have been packaged better, hence 4 stars. Having read the negative reviews only having already placed my order, I was concerned. I rang the company and spoke to a very patient, helpful & courteous employee. I think the company had been struggling to cope with the recent level of demand & now seems to be aiming to get back in control of things. I don't think they have deliberately attempted to deceive or swindle people. This is just my personal experience.

Absolutely dreadful service. Payment was taken out of my account on 26th March and no sign of the goods ordered. DPD online advices state that details had been received but not the parcel. Even taking into consideration present conditions the service is atrocious. Emails bounce back and the telephone number is either permanently engaged or when it does finally ring, nobody answers. I will never ever order from this company again. Pet Express is a misnomer.

Placed an order on a Sunday (understandably they dont work this day, but as it was over £45 expected dispatch Monday, for a Tuesday delivery).
Order wasnt processed and dispatched until Monday afternoon, this now showed estimated delivery for Wednesday-Thursday. Then still today on Friday, I still have no item.
Contacted sales team via email - they said the item I wanted has been "lost", and its no longer in stock, so best they could do would be to ship it next Wednesday, no offer of compensation.
Asked for a refund and this was processed. Taking my business elsewhere. Wont be using this company
