Following the Prime Minister's announcement we can confirm that our services will remain open and operational inline with subsequent government guidance. You can leave home for animal welfare such as attending veterinary services for advice and treatment. We remain committed to keeping you and the team safe.
We have been established since 2010 and offer a compassionate and professional service in our large heated hydrotherapy pool situated near Wickham, Hampshire. We are now excited to announce the installation of an underwater treadmill at the centre, this will enable us to see post surgery cases sooner and offer the best possible treatment plan.

Sarah studied at The College of Animal Physiotherapy and Greyfriars Rehabilitation Centre. She is committed to continuous professional development and recently travelled to Thailand to attend an osteopathy workshop on elephants! Sarah offers personalised treatment plans and every patient will be given a home exercise plan to follow after their initial visit to the clinic.
The therapeutic effects of hydrotherapy date back to the Romans in 339AD (although we're fairly confident that dogs weren't included at this point!). Our large pool is heated to 28C which relaxes muscles and combined with non weight bearing exercise provides numerous benefits to the swimmer. Photizo light therapy is effective in treating chronic pain and inflammatory conditions associated with arthritic conditions and repetitive strain injuries.
Our Pool is one of the largest in the South, measuring some 6 metres x 3 metres - space for your dog to really stretch out and feel the full benefits of hydrotherapy. Our policy is to only treat one dog in the pool at any one time, thus providing full concentration and safety for the animal at all times.
We would ask any prospective swimmer to contact their vet, prior to commencing any programme, for a general health check and to highlight any conditions that would not benefit from hydrotherapy. We are committed to the welfare of your dog and will not swim them without consent from your vet. Please download the Vet's Referral Form and bring to your first session (or send in advance if possible).
Physiotherapy can help a variety of problems including back pain, neck pain, arthritis, strains and sprains and post-operative rehabilitation. Dogs can suffer with similar problems, which afflict humans, but they can't tell us where their pain is or if they have injured themselves, and they are often clever at hiding their discomfort.

My dog Harry absolutely couldn't wait to get in and swim with the brilliant staff here. Harry had a block booking which gave him a new level of energy. Now a few weeks later with a heavy heart Harry became very ill and couldn't carry on. We wouldn't hesitate to bring our new pup here if needed in the future. Keep up the good work girls.
