Bus driver driving like a t**t this morning.
Cut across my vehicle then tailgated when I got in front of him. 7:30 commute to work, a24 near buck barn.
I’m fortunate not to have to use a bus service.
If I did I would rather travel by wheelie bin. Get your bus drivers some training or road awareness please!

Use the 100 bus in both directions from henfield to small dole in the morning and small dole to Washington in the evening the bus is always late which means that miss my link ups worst bus service I use I also use stage coach and metro bus who's services are always on time.

Awful company, one of their buses smashed into my best friend's stationary car and drove off. It wrote off the car. The company is refusing to admit fault so now she has lost her job as a carer because she doesn't have a car and can't afford a new one.
You should be ashamed of your driver nearly killing a young carer on her round and take responsibility! You're a big company and could easily afford to pay out but instead you refuse and force a young carer out of her job and soon probably her home due to the financial stress this has caused.

The number 42 bus service is appalling. This takes students to college and so needs to be a reliable service as there is no other way of getting there. The 9am bus regularly doesn't turn up and when you call the office you are told that there's a shortage of drivers. Employ more then! I'm tired of having to leave work on a regular basis to rescue my daughters and get them to college. We pay good money for a lacklustre service from Compass.

The shame is to look your kids and other kids after the school under the storm for 1:30 hours because the bus didn’t come.
That bus line is always in trouble,broken or late.
Old bus is for the scrap no driving for long journey.
I’m so upset with the compass company.
Many problems in any months.
In the future I take notes regarding the delays and I want inform the Ministry of transport how they take care of customers.
For sure I will do.

Buses almost always late, sometimes severely - misleading website information, driver rudeness, queries not answered, overpriced, no live service updates and negligent customer service. Left a fair amount of time to resolve issues before leaving a review but they don’t seem to care. What’s to like?

Appalling company to be appointed to a largely rural county where many elderly people have no other option but to use. Very poor service (when or if it turns up) with old vehicles, poorly maintained. New drivers inadequately trained. I for one will be campaigning for them to either improve or be replaced.

They never arrive on time and they sometimes just don't arrive my son has to get bus an hour early for college as the next one is consistently late and the early one is late too -outrageous
