Had similar experience as a recent reviewer, I employed them to move a manhole inspection chamber which they were happy to take on, had three different tradespeople attending my property, to complete the work, they gave numerous excuses and apologies for messing up my garden, but no compensation, also left me with a bill to replace the patio paving which they damaged when they took them up. Then no correspondence after the work was completed until three weeks later, just a bill with a threat of legal action if not paid promptly. In hindsight it seems that they are ok at flushing drains, but not

Had problems with main waste drains from our property. Had other local drains clearance company out but they only half cleared the problem so it recurred. Then John and Phil came from The Drain People and they were in a different league! Highly professional and conscientious, with all the necessary high-tech equipment, they did a proper job and fixed our problem at last. Highly recommended.
