Services
If you require assistance with a niggling sporting injury in the Tyrone area, there is only one sports injury clinic that you need to call; Omagh Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic. Our physiotherapists are here to provide a comprehensive variety of treatments in addition to relevant advice when required.
Pilates strengthens the muscles specifically targeting those muscles involved with posture and it also improves overall flexibility of the body. Pilates aids recovery from injury or pain and helps decrease the risk of further injury occuring. Small classes are held in our gym at Omagh Physiotherapy or slightly bigger classes are held at either Omagh Golf Club or at the Hospital Road Community Centre.
Do you suffer from Achilles tendon pain, Anterior knee pain, Sciatic pain, Iliotibial band Syndrome (ITBS)? Our running clinic undertakes a thorough assessment of your running and injury history along with a treadmill based assessment of your running technique. This allows our highly skilled physiotherapists to establish an individualised treatment plan and home exercise programme.
We offer early intervention for babies, children and young adults with physical disability, neurological disorders or disorders of movement, eg. Cerebral palsy, genetic conditions such as Downs syndrome, DCD, slow to meet motor milestones, talipes, torticollis, post op surgery, Gait issues etc. An initial assessment is required to establish the child's main problems and decide with the family and the child what the main goals of treatment are.

I attend a Physiotherapist led Pilates class at Omagh Physiotherapy. Gillian is very knowledgeable and professional, and also very friendly and welcoming. Class sizes are not too big so are well supervised, and Gillian always ensures everyone is getting the most from each class, and that we are exercising in a safe and controlled way. I can highly recommend the class, a good workout in a relaxed and friendly environment!

I rang this person Martin to discuss his business requirements and he was very very rude in fact he told me to "scram" honestly I was aghast that a person responsible for running a business would treat or speak to any other business or person in that manner,DO NOT use this company as the owner is a very rude and arrogant man
