They dropped the castle off exactly when agreed and collected it when agreed, with no requirement for me to do anything other than tell them where we wanted the castle and pay them their money.
Very happy kids. We hired the frozen castle with a side slide.

I hired the family disco bouncy castle for a surprise 60th birthday party, it went down a treat. The speaker is of great quality and just what you need for a garden party, the lights are a brilliant touch when it gets dark. The guys that delivered it were brilliant and took us through everything, could not fault the service we received, we even got a call to say when it was on the way, would highly recommend Simply Bouncy Castle Hire and I am sure we will be using again,

I hired Branch and Poppy Troll for little one's 2nd birthday in lockdown. They were a great addition to our party and helped make it a special one. Easy to order, great price, great communication from the company. They made it so easy to send the costumes back (even provided tape and address labels to pack the mascots back up). Poo (teletubbie) costume was really good kids loved it!! Was delivered before the scheduled time. And was picked up from my doorstep so no messing around. Terry who I dealt with regarding the mascot was brilliant. Will most definitely be using them again and would recommend to anyone. 5 stars from me 😁

Hired soft play and ball pit and the car with track! It was fantastic looked brand new! Really clever how it was packed all super clean! My children completely loved it and was great value for money! Brilliant service quick replies and great flexibility with drop of to suit me! Highly recommend and will use for the next and coming events!
