All our staff are experienced recruiters with the majority having served in the UK Armed Forces as well as other commercial roles. They epitomise what we do and what we are - high calibre ex-military personnel with exceptional commercial acumen. We understand and appreciate our clients' perspective.

We adopt a true partnership approach to recruitment and recognise that communication is the essential key to our working relationships. We are not bound by geography and have ex service candidates that are very keen to work both nationally and internationally.
Our candidates are predominantly ex military from the Army, Royal Navy or Royal Air Force (RAF). They are exceptionally well qualified, well trained, motivated and have a can do attitude. For the majority it is never a case of saying no rather a case of working around or through any challenge to deliver results.
Over the last 12 months we have been asked by clients if we can provide a more encompassing recruitment service. In consultation with those clients we have designed and implemented a bespoke Managed and Outsourced Recruitment Enterprise (MORE) service.
Where a client has a known or perceived volume of recruitment and does not have or want to over commit existing manpower to manage the recruitment function we lend a hand and manage all recruitment activity on their behalf.Through our parent company, Perceptive Recruitment, we can source candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and not just ex-military.

We have a standalone executive recruitment team. That team has served in senior positions in the Armed Forces as well as the commercial world and truly understands the transferable skills senior ex military leaders bring to the workplace. Our approach is different to our contingent recruitment process and is premised on a retained and exclusive service.

Applied on 4seperate occasions through CV library and dispite 28yrs class1 experience in UK Europe and 5yrs running interstate in Australia I obviously am not considered qualified enough to do a simple trunking job as they have never once had the basic good manners to even reply.And before they come back with there bog standard response of we don't appear to have any record of you!!.Then I suggest they take that up with whoever deals with there on line applications.
