I personally already have installed lots of cloud phones and cordless DECT phones in harmony with ATA's, so really no need to panic.
Expect a charge from your service provider with situations e.g Lightening damage (classed as 'ACT of GOD'), malicious damage, dampness etc. The RESIDENTIAL callout fee BT currently charge is around 130 plus parts and hourly rate thereafter, this varies from different providers, the BUSINESS rate is much higher, these cost's may escalate out of hours or weekends.

Tony was excellent: fast, professional and efficient in repairing a self-inflicted fault to my internal telephone wiring. After the repair was completed he thoroughly checked the rest of the telephone/internet was still working OK, updated some sockets and offered free advice on removing some redundant telephone extensions and wiring. Would definitely use again.

Tony spliced in a new section on my BT drop cable and installed an upgraded master socket. He's clearly very experienced, really knows his stuff; worked quickly, neatly routed new cable and left a clean and tidy work area. Five stars - would use again for any telecoms work, & I recommend him without hesitation.
