I booked my first appointment to come measure up and they didn't show (apparently had the wrong day in their diary) so I booked another appointment, again didn't show so I just rang up and told them not to bother as I'm not waiting in all the time for no reason! All they could say was 'I'm very sorry about that' when they could of said I'll call the guy who's coming to measure up to see where he is. Wouldn't recommend this company at all, complete time wasters.
