Our premises are located within a fully secure site which extends to 1.25 acres, including offices and a 7500 sq ft, two bay workshop with a 20 tonne lifting capacity. We specialise in Structural Steel Fabrication to CE standard EN 1090 exc 2, and Mechanical Maintenance.

Services
From our 7500 sq ft twin bay Workshop we offer a total fabrication facility which includes cold cutting, flame cutting, drilling, plate rolling and pipe bending. We have Coded Welders on M.I.G, T.I.G and M.M.A with procedures approved to BS EN 287/288. We also offer shot-blasting, painting, galvanizing and powder coating services on all our fabricated steel products.
Phase 1 of 3 was the Jetty rebuild - which included the fabrication of 30no 12 meter complete walkway sections within our Workshop. Once on site we fitted 15no on to pre drilled and erected bracings, with the other 15 fitted between site modified trestle supports. We fabricated and installed a total of 360 meters of walkway using Crane Barges.
