Rude arrogant driver getting stroppy and almost telling my wife she cannot take her medical bag on the coach, telling her to put it in the storage area as we are only going to Ely despite telling him she needed it.

We used Youngs Coaches for a large trip, spread out over 2 days in the Cambridge/Ely area.
The coaches were good/clean, arrived on time, with no hassle. Drivers were fine.
In future when we need to hire coaches again, we shall certainly keep Youngs coaches in mind and would happily use again.

Last Sunday, we hired a Youngs Coach to take guests from Cambridge to Hever in Kent for my daughters wedding. My whole experience of dealing with Youngs Coaches has been first class from the booking to the return journey. Edward the boss is a pleasure to deal with and is totally professional.
