My first day here via zoom ended by end of play, due to the fact my computer I have in place at home, did not match their current system, to enable download. I asked at interview giving them the name and model of the PC I have in place, and was told everything would be fine. How unprofessional. If they do not listen to the questions put too them by employees during interview, what would they be like working for them. Luckily for me I was head hunted a day later , got the job, and properly got all set up working from home.! This company expect you to run out and buy your own PC and headset. Be warned

Absolutely excellent quality. The service was faultless. Adrian, Dave and Jessica all gave quick service, listened to our requirements, worked with us and made us feel as though we were appreciated as a customer, a client, a guest. Dreadful service on every level. I've received no tangible benefit from working with this company. I have received no qualified appointments or leads within the last two months. The customer service I've received has been rude and obnoxious. They have intimidated and harassed our company for payment for a less than standard service. In clear breach of their Service Level Agreement. They have even sunk so low as to populate websites with my email and contact details, suggesting we are in the market for their services. Do not use!

Avoid this company. Three months campaign and not one lead, pre COVID. During COVID, was our busiest time ever and had companies calling us directly so unsure why not even one lead was generated. Could not recommend this company any less than one zero. Recommend spending money elsewhere.

This is the 3rd campaign I’ve run with Beanstalk and each time I’ve been pleased with the results. They are very thorough and always manage to work out an angle to be able to generate leads. So although they’re not the cheapest telemarketing agency (in fact they’re quite expensive), I wouldn’t risk going to someone else that might not be as effective or professional.

Really disappointed with this service. Had to pay for it for 3 months when we were told we only had to sign up for 2 initially - not ideal for a small business. Got maybe two leads/potential client meetings compared to what we were assured we would get. This was a huge waste of over 7K for us which is really upsetting. Feel like we were sold dreams.

Also had a really nice experience working with Gavin and team but unfortunately what sounded like a great holistic digital lead gen service turned in to a very low performing telemarketing campaign which was all wrong for our target market. As a result we wasted time and opportunity cost so I cant recommend Beanstalk for small businesses.
