Where to start?
1. PLEASE answer the phone - I’ve just wasted 25 mins of my life waiting for you to pick the phone up.
2. “Sorry we missed you “ card says you can re-arrange a collection on the website. No you can’t, you can only reschedule the delivery.
3. Why do you not deliver at the weekends?
4. Why can you not specify a delivery time or time slot during the day? I don’t have all day to wait around for you.
This is not very good APC.

This is a driver review not the offices -
Had a delivery while I wasn't at home. Driver observed delivering by neighbour and he told me the driver had driven his 3 ton vehicle over my lawn. The drive is private and not a normal place for heavy vehicles. Lawn badly damaged but the company refused to acknowledge anything unless supported by cctv evidence, citing the fact that there are many large vehicles like theirs on the road. That is as may be but there are not many vehicles like theirs driving down the drive at the time of the delivery.
This is not a company I would ever use voluntarily

Collected a parcel from here a few weeks ago.
Parked at the front of the APC building and it was clearly signed to "Parcel Collection" at rear of building.
Pushed the buzzer and a guy come from the warehouse to served me.
Once the delivery card and ID was shown he went to get my parcel.
Very straight forward and easy!

Been sitting here for the entire two hour window they texted me at 8:45 this morning... no knock, no door bell... checked the tracking website and it says I wasn't in!!! Checked the doormat, no calling card... opened front door and the card is propped by the bins nowhere near the door... good job i was on the ball and checked!
Guys in the office are pleasant and helpful, but the driver must have been on some crazed mission today. Now I've got to wait in again tomorrow - not a happy camper!
