The company was founded by Adrian and his wife Jackie Lench in 1987, trading originally as a general builder and roofing contractor, employing gangs of bricklayers to undertake housing projects.
In 2009, Nigel Thomas joined the company having worked previously as a Commercial Manager at David McLean Homes Ltd. Trading through some very testing years, we have built a strong and experienced workforce which boasts a direct workforce of over 40 employees and numerous vetted, competent sub contractors.Training and development of Apprentices is a core value of the business.
