The demands of a modern lifestyle place various stresses and strains on the muscles and joints which can cause the body to malfunction causing pain, stiffness and other symptoms.
Paul is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the British Osteopathic Association and the Osteopathic Sports Care Association. Paul graduated in 1997 from the British College of Naturopathy & Osteopathy in London. He worked in New Zealand for nearly 2 years before returning to practice in the north of England.
Jamie's passion for Osteopathy was inspired by his own injuries and using the human body to promote recovery from those injuries. He believes in using the bodies anatomy and movement to promote health and function.
Jamie has additional training in the treatment of athletes and is knowledgeable due his own background in sports including tae-kwondo of which he has competed in the national championships, Muy Thai, karate, boxing and football, as well as more recently weightlifting which he enjoyed whilst studying at university.

Many patients are referred for osteopathy by their doctor; however most come directly for treatment. If you are unsure please contact Paul. Age is no barrier to osteopathy as each patient is assessed individually and treatment given accordingly. Paul is registered with BUPA, AXA-PPP, Norwich Union, HSA and most other Insurance Companies & Healthcare providers.
