These include houses, commercial premises, and plant and machinery and total asset appraisals for re-financing and other accountancy requirements. David McKinley is our dedicated property management manager. David is responsible for all our managed properties across all 3 offices. David offers property owners a very comprehensive management service from arranging repairs, finding and vetting tenants to rent collections and payments.
We like to think that David offers all our landlords, who choose property management, a peace of mind, he will look after all the calls and communications from tenants.He has a team of contractors that he can call on to look after whatever works are required.

Property rentals are an integral part of our day business. Rented accommodation is in very high demand and we are proud to say we offer a very comprehensive rental service that ensures we find the most suitable tenants for our landlords. Ruth Watson is our property lettings manager in our Moira Office.
The Robert Wilson Group works alongside Independent Mortgage Advisers to offer a professional mortgage service with access to a panel of lenders and mortgage products representing the whole of the market. Protection planning for the mortgage is also available. We work in co-junction with Esther Murphy of E J Murphy Mortgage Solutions in order to match our clients to the most suitable mortgage product for their individual circumstances.

I don't have a massively good review to write here unfortunately as my experience with renting from this firm has been disappointing at best!
Taking a large cash deposit to secure a rental property and then calling back a week later to say the property was no longer available was completely unacceptable in my opinion and so I won't be using their services again.
Maybe I had bad luck as I have heard good things about this firm-so best to try for yourself.
