If you are thinking about using this company instead of beauty works DONT!!! I ordered items nearly a month ago and my products havenāt arrived. Never none a company to take this long to resolve missing items. Also advised that after complaining to Royal Mail that they representative lied to me? This is what Paulās hair world said, the information was incorrect when they are still not sending items not received. Would never use them again EVER!

Not sure why my name showed up a Charlotte west. That is a friends account so maybe she was logged in on my phone. So just to reiterate under my correct name, DONT USE THIS COMPANY INSTEAD OF BEAUTY WORKS. Beauty works resolves disputes much quicker and they send the products usually NDD with tracked signatures not left with anyone :O. So for anyone debating whether to save a few pound go to BEAUTY WORKS. Itās not the fact the item has gone missing, itās the amount of time itās taken to resolve. To then be told today could be another 30 days. My friend used them and had similar problems so

I had a total salon nightmare and wanted to dye my hair from blonde back to brown and couldnāt get another salon appointment at short notice. I hadnāt left the house or worked in 2 days. I felt frantic.
I went to Paulās hair world and a member of staff (Sam from Manchester Arndale store) totally calmed me with her knowledge. She explained the process, selected the relevant products and then noted down step by step instructions for me and gave me confidence in my ability of fixing my hair myself.
With her help, my hair is brown and natural looking. Sam was honestly the sunshine in my cloudy

I have had a trade account with PHW for a few yearās and have spent Ā£1000s with them buying hair extensions and professional colours for my clients.
There has been a catalogue of embarrassing disasters but Iāve always liked the hair they provide when I finally get it.
The latest disaster...
Ordered hair extensions Online and paid with my debit card the full amount for a client a week before her appointment was due with me to fit, cut and style her new hair. The day before her hair was due to be fitted, I still have no hair, no email and no phone call from PHW.
I called the store to chase

I canāt praise this company and their staff enough. They are all amazing. I live in Tenerife and while on holiday in Manchester visited Paulās Hair World for a second time. Thank you Blanche for making my second set of hair extensions, perfect colour match and look fab. Also thank you to Chelsea for cutting them for me and giving me lots of advice. Will definitely visit again next time iām over

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE worse experience ever. I went into the store today purchased hair extensions leaving the store I had a change of mind mainly due to the price and thickness off the hair. I went back to the store and asked for a refund to be told they dont do refunds... where are the signs? why was I not informed before purchase? the lady who dealt with me said she didnt tell me about the no return policy so she asked her manager if they could refund as she didnt make me aware. The manager agreed to refund but charge me a 10% charge for colour matching? I said this was not good enough there
