During a class, the teacher leads the entire group through the practice, at the same pace, counting the breath. This is a great class to check in with your pace, once the postures have been learned, and can correct any vinyasa errors. Mysore-style classes are for all levels. Within a group setting, each student learns the Ashtanga Yoga Series at their own pace, with direct and individual assistance from the teacher.
Private sessions can be arranged to take place in the comfort of your own home for individuals or group lessons. Guidance via Skype is also possible. Please check for availability.

Having trained at The Edinburgh Shamanic Centre, I am now available to work with you using Shamanic healing techniques. Shamanic Healing aims to remove energy blockages, restore energy and re-empower the individual. Healing can take place on the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual levels. As part of our coping and survival strategy, when we suffer trauma, we can experience soul loss.
Thursday drop-ins, at the YMCA, 151 Brook Street, Broughty Ferry, DD5 1DJ are very welcome. Please try to arrive approximately 5 minutes before class - this will give time to find your space and roll out your mat. Please be mindful of not arriving more than 5 -10 minutes early when classes are run from home.

So I was diagnosed with breast cancer apr 2016 due to chemo, radiotherapy etc it leaves u with soft tissue damage and my usual exercise regime was leaving me with injuries as well as the stress and anxiety diagnoses leaves you. I called Sharon who was lovely and attended my 1st class with a tension headache, sore neck the works ... I left with no neck pain and feeling so much better. It was amazing
