I ordered three items 6 weeks ago, and when I tried to chase them up by email I received no response. In the end I managed to contact them by phone after many attempts. They informed me immediately the items had been out of stock but were expected in that day... how they knew what I was enquiring about and could reply without checking or even taking a breath was astonishing... the items were delivered a few days later.

I ordered from this company in February, I was very impressed with the quick arrival of my goods. However they were not suitable and I returned them on 14 February. I have not recieved reimbursement up to date 22 July despite numerous emails and messages left on the answer phone. I did manage to speak to someone a week ago who said they would look… into it and get back to me......nothing. Tried ringing aagin this morning, left a message again! Considering I returned the goods 5 weeks before lockdown I think they had ample time to reimberse me. No excuse!

Ordered some cushion fillers and piping cord 6 working days ago - paid £8.75 postage. Sent two emails asking for an update about when I could expect delivery...no response. I called today and was told it will be sent out today, as in, oh dear, this order hasn't been sent yet. But they're going to stick it on a 24 hr delivery so it'll be here tomorrow. Wish I'd called and chased them days ago rather than patiently waiting for it to arrive. I won't be using this company again. On the plus side, the chap on the phone was very polite and said my emails should have been answered - my thoughts exactly

I had 8 dining chairs recovered in a faux leather fabric. The choice and price were the best I could find anywhere. The dining chairs look classy and have transformed our dining room. Andrew and his team are very approachable and always friendly. This is a great shop & with that you get amazing results. Thank you for our chairs they are very comfortable and practical, made by hand and care I am very grateful.

I was really disappointed as the warehouse had been recommended to me. I placed an order nearly two weeks ago but received no confirmation and no delivery - I had been expecting next day delivery as indicated online. I sent two emails via the website but again no reply. When I was able to call there was no reply to the call and on one occasion I left a message. I assumed that they had gone out of business.
