I rang up and asked if I could buy a square of foam, just an off cut to go on my computer chair seems reasonable, but I have to go online and order it and pay for it and then click and collect really?

I ordered three items 6 weeks ago, and when I tried to chase them up by email I received no response. In the end I managed to contact them by phone after many attempts. They informed me immediately the items had been out of stock but were expected in that day... how they knew what I was enquiring about and could reply without checking or even taking a breath was astonishing... the items were delivered a few days later.

Critical: Responsiveness
Appalling. Placed an order but only received two of the three items. The one I have not received was the most expensive, costing £42. They never answer the phone or respond to emails or voice mail messages. Do not use them.

Phoned up but told could not help had to go to web site.wanted a piece foam but the person I spoke to could not even give me a price.told could not pick up from shop so wasted my time phoning.i would not bother again.

I have just had new foam inserts for my sofa seat cushions done here. I am absolutely delighted with the result. Would highly recommend anyone having this done, especially by the Upholstery Warehouse. Reasonable price and excellent service. Let's all shop locally!!

Don’t waste your time with these people. Once you spend your money there is nothing you can expect from them. No customer support no help. I thought it might be the case reding the reviews but thought I should take them with a pinch of salt. Now it is clear I was wrong

I ordered from this company in February, I was very impressed with the quick arrival of my goods. However they were not suitable and I returned them on 14 February. I have not recieved reimbursement up to date 22 July despite numerous emails and messages left on the answer phone. I did manage to speak to someone a week ago who said they would look… into it and get back to me......nothing. Tried ringing aagin this morning, left a message again! Considering I returned the goods 5 weeks before lockdown I think they had ample time to reimberse me. No excuse!

Ordered some cushion fillers and piping cord 6 working days ago - paid £8.75 postage. Sent two emails asking for an update about when I could expect delivery...no response. I called today and was told it will be sent out today, as in, oh dear, this order hasn't been sent yet. But they're going to stick it on a 24 hr delivery so it'll be here tomorrow. Wish I'd called and chased them days ago rather than patiently waiting for it to arrive. I won't be using this company again. On the plus side, the chap on the phone was very polite and said my emails should have been answered - my thoughts exactly

I had 8 dining chairs recovered in a faux leather fabric. The choice and price were the best I could find anywhere. The dining chairs look classy and have transformed our dining room. Andrew and his team are very approachable and always friendly. This is a great shop & with that you get amazing results. Thank you for our chairs they are very comfortable and practical, made by hand and care I am very grateful.

What fantastic service, my daughter ordered some stool legs approximately 2 pm on Friday and they came in the post at 10. a.m Saturday, and we live in a very rural area!!!! a very efficient company.

I was really disappointed as the warehouse had been recommended to me. I placed an order nearly two weeks ago but received no confirmation and no delivery - I had been expecting next day delivery as indicated online. I sent two emails via the website but again no reply. When I was able to call there was no reply to the call and on one occasion I left a message. I assumed that they had gone out of business. However 11 days after I placed the order (which was for standard equipment nothing special that needed a longer delivery time) the post office tried to deliver a parcel. I had given up on the
